"My experience with Brenda was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a serial procedure.  Going into electrolysis, I didn't know what to expect—Brenda was quick to dispel any doubts and fears by way of a careful, thorough explanation of the process on both a scientific and experiential level. Any time she would adjust the level of electricity (for stubborn hairs, etc), she'd ask me if that was okay, first.  Not only was Brenda extremely professional, but she was also personally a joy. Like a great barber or hair stylist, she seemed to have a sixth sense for when to distract me with stories and when I just wanted to lie there quietly instead.  The highlights of the appointments, aside from Brenda herself, were definitely the candy bowl in the waiting room (yum) and the TV that she had in the electrolysis room to make the time zoom by.  The bottom line—having gotten electrolysis from Brenda makes me almost sad that I don't have more hair to remove, as it would mean more time spent with her!" - June
